Online counselling for individuals and couples
I work with individuals and couples facing:
- Relationship difficulties: recurring conflict, damaged trust, emotional distance, or disagreements about responsibilities and priorities.
- Uncertainty about staying together: whether things can improve, what needs to change, and whether you both want to continue.
- Life after separation: finding your footing, managing contact and making decisions after a relationship ends.
You do not need to be considering separation to work with me.

What to expect from the first meeting
We will discuss what has brought you here, what you would like help with, and what would be useful to work towards. We can then discuss whether further meetings would help.
You are welcome to question my understanding or raise concerns. If we continue working together, we will review whether the meetings are helping and whether anything needs to change.

How I work
I pay attention to the particular circumstances of your relationship: what has happened, how each person understands it, and what keeps the difficulties going. In couples work, this includes looking closely at how concerns are raised, how each partner responds, and what happens after an agreement is made.
In our first meeting, we will discuss what has brought you here and agree on what would be useful to work towards. We can discuss further meetings based on that conversation. As the work continues, we will review whether it is helping and what needs to change in our approach.
There is no predetermined outcome. Reconciliation, continuing counselling or making a quick decision should not be assumed. You are welcome to question my understanding, raise concerns and discuss whether another form of support would suit you better.
